Note that there is only ONE proper way to don a shark cap–with the fin facing forward. If your fin is backwards, you will swim approximately two seconds per 100 SLOWER.
WRONG
This swimmer went MUCH SLOWER because her cap was on backwards.
RIGHT
This swimmer went FAST and set a RECORD because her cap was on the right way.
